"While on Vaction I enjoy finding local Harley Shops and just look around. While in Jacsonville I stopped by your shop and was very impressed with service my wife and I recieved. Our salesman was Mat (I think! He has flame tats on arm)I have been looking for a bottle holder for my Ultra Classic and never had any dealer I visted offered to put it on a bike and go the extra mile for us like Mat did. "I recently purchased an '08 1200 Roadster. It had a minor scratch on the debry cover and some residue on the rear wheel. My salesman, Gabriel, had these 2 small discrepancies fixed/replaced and had the whole bike re-washed prior to delivery. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you."

"At 48 years of age and having been riding bikes since age 14 and Harleys since my first iron head at 17 I have graced the doors of Harley shops many times. I have seen them evolve from scrubby little places to many that now (aggravatingly so) appear to be palaces with folks operating them acting as royalty. The big fancy shops do nothing for me but the good folks inside yours are absolutely what counts. I recently purchased two new bikes at Adamec in Orange Park and was well entertained through the Process which took several hours. When I first met Rich Gillespie I knew he was simply a nice guy. Because of that and my dislike of the local dealer I travelled to Orange Park where I have relatives to buy my new bikes. I have never been treated as well by any dealership ever. My sales person, Jenny Johnson was quite likable, knowledgeable and just fun to work with. All that I met, some of which I apologise for forgetting names were just great. Wally Morrison in parts was quite a helping hand in getting the additional parts for the inevitable alterations and Lon Tuttle in service was very helpful as well with technical questions. The young ladies in motor clothes were helpful and fun as well (sorry for forgetting names but their service was great) I had been to Adamec in Orange Park many years ago at another location and was not impressed. This time around was quite enjoyable and I have to say that Rich and his crew are outstanding. I will return to Adamec for future needs and service that I don't want to do myself. "while on a road trip through florida my 2002 FXSTB craped out on the interstate 30 miles outside of Jacksonville. I found Adamec HD in my HOG Roadmap atlas. I contacted their service Department and Bob took my call. He refered me to a great towing service and I was picked up without hesitation. My bike was delivered to Adamec minutes before closing and the boys in the service department treated me like Gold. They began working on my bike the next morning. we spent all day at the shop till the bike was road worthy but the team in the service department constantly kept me informed about the status of the work being done. its not often in my travels that I encounter the level of dedication in solving a problem, highest level of concern for a traveler and the professionalism of a HD service department as I have experienced with Adamec Baymeadows. Next year we are moving to the state of Florida, and because of our experience with Adamecs service dept staff, we have placed Jacksonville high on our list of places to settle. I want to give a special thanx to your service Team; Bob, Mike, Chris and Dennis for all their great help. My next Harley will likely be purchased from Adamec. "I was visiting from Virginia for bike week when I had a problem with my 2006 FLSTCI and needed service. It was Sunday morning and I saw an add saying you were open on Sunday so I called. The service department told me to come in and they would take care of me. When I got there I could not have had any better sevice, took the bike right in and got me going again (even washed it for me). I was so happy with my visit that my next Harley will be purchased from Adamec Harley-Davidson. (I come to Jacksonville several times a year for my job)."
